I can't access the members area with my username and password.
Answer:
The main reason why your username and password are not working is the mistake you have made while typing the login info. Make sure that the login info you enter is correct and remember that it is case sensitive. Actually, there are many reasons why your username and password may not be working but the abovementioned reason is the main one and solves 90% of difficulties with accessing the site.

My password stopped working. Why?
Answer:
Probably your subscription period ended. If you are absolutely sure that it didn't, contact our support at help@membersareasupport.com. Perhaps, your account was locked for password sharing or for some other reason. We lock accounts if there is a suspicion that other users access the site using your login info. Your account will be unlocked as soon as you will contact our support. If the situation will repeat we will lock your account again and permanently.

I'd like to cancel my subscription.
Answer:
Just get you subscription number ready and follow this link SegPayCS.com if you've made the purchase via SegPay or follow Epoch.com if you've made the purchase via Epoch.com or follow Zombaio.com if you've made the purchase via Zombaio.com. Your subscription will be cancelled right after filling the form.

Will my account be active after I've canceled my subscription?
Answer:
Yes, it will. The cancellation means that your subscription will not be renewable. So subscription cancellation does not affect site access in any way. You will have access to the site till the end of your current membership period. Thus, you may cancel your subscription at any time if you want to do it. Your current membership will still be active regardless of the day you cancel your subscription.

Where is my password?
Answer:
Probably, our email with your password was mistakenly placed in spam folder by your email provider. The other reason why you haven't received our email with login info is that your credit card was declined. Anyhow, you can contact our support at help@membersareasupport.com and we'll help you to retrieve your access info.

How often will I be charged?
Answer:
You will be charged every 30 days starting from the 1st day of your membership. For example, if your membership started on March 17th, your card will be charged again on April 17th . If you want to cancel your subscription before the re bill time, you won't be charged for the next 30 days. For example, if your membership started on December 5th and you cancel your subscription on December 14th, your account will expire on January 5th. For ex trial-members the 30-day billing cycle begins at the end of the trial period.

What's needed to play the movies?

Use the latest version of Windows Media Player to play the movies. You can find the latest version, free, on Microsoft's website:

How long does it take to download a movie?
Answer:
Depending on your Internet connection and type of quality you have chosen it can take anywhere from 10 minutes to more than 1 hour to download a movie. It really depends on your Internet connection.

0-byte files and downloads that stop in a second.
Answer:
When you try to download the HD WMV files that are 2 GB or larger, Internet Explorer saves a 0-byte file in an instance. This is due to a bug within Internet Explorer 6. Either one of the following will solve the problem:
Use a download manager to download the WMVHD file
Use Firefox to download the file the WMVHD file
Use Internet Explorer 7 to download the WMVHD file

Your pictures are grainy or fuzzy looking. Why?
Answer:
Most likely, you are using AOL. You need to set your preferences so that web graphics are NOT compressed. Follow the instructions below in the exact sequence.
For AOL 3.0:
1. Select "Preferences/WWW" from the File menu
2. CHECK the box for "UNCOMPRESSED GRAPHICS"
For AOL 4.0:
1. Select "MY AOL" on the AOL Toolbar and then select "Preferences"
2. Click on the "WWW" button, then "Web Graphics"
3. UNCHECK the box for "Use Compressed Graphics"
For AOL 5.0:
1. Select "MY AOL" on the AOL Toolbar and then select "Preferences"
2. Click on the "WWW" button
3. Select the "Web Graphics" tab (across the top)
4. UNCHECK the box for "Use compressed graphics"
5. Click on OK to save your changes
6. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the "Preferences" window
For AOL 6.0 and 7.0 or 8.0 Users
1. In the AOL Toolbar at the top of the screen, click "Settings."
2. Scroll down to "Internet Web Options/Preferences", click it.
3. Click the "AOL Web Browser-Internet Properties (WWW)" link, select the "Web Graphics" tab, and select "Never Compress Graphics".
4. Click APPLY...then click OK
5. Exit the menus, and quit AOL
6. The next time you sign on the changes will go into effect.

HD System Requirements.

You do not need anything special aside from a broadband connection and hard drive storage space to download a 1080p HD video to your PC. Once you downloaded the HD video to your computer you can attempt to play it back. For smooth playback the HD videos on your PC, the system requirements are:
